A cream or beige kitchen is a great option for those looking to keep things light and airy, but also like warmer or muted colours. The lighter coloured cabinets and walls reflect light and the warm creamy colour still feels cosy.

Two-toned kitchens

A cream or beige kitchen is the perfect starting point if you want to bring in a secondary colour into your design. Incorporating a muted or natural colour into your cream kitchen design is a terrific way to create more interest.

Here are some ways you can do this: 

• Use the other colour for accents, such as trims or accessories. 
• Use cream or beige for all of the cabinets against a wall and use a different colour on your kitchen island.

Stone and laminate worktops are a durable choice. Or go for a classic look with a butcher block or wood finish laminate worktop.

Black or stainless steel appliances work well with a cream or beige kitchen. The black is a good contrast, while the stainless steel is a staple for any kitchen.
