Coming apart alreadyAnonymous reviewerBought 2 weeks ago and it’s coming apart already. Some of the weaving in various spots was already frayed when I opened the packet and those parts are now starting to come undone. Really need to get back to IKEA to exchange it. It’s just getting the chance! I’ve had one of these rugs before and it lasted 4 years with heavy use before the edges started coming undone. Hopefully just a bad batch this time and not a general quality issue. 1

I like the fact that it is a natural fibre.
I bought the large size in store and struggled but managed to carry it upstairs it on my own. If you do not have a helper it be worth paying for delivery to room of your choice.5
Really Disappointed Anonymous reviewerI bought one of these just before Xmas - It looked great but the smell was overpowering. I have had a smaller one in the kitchen so didn't think it could be right. I gave it 24 hours but both my partner and I thought it smelled mouldy rather than earthy which you would expect from a sisal or jute mat. It was accepted for return without query so I can't fault the customer service but it put me off the whole thing which is a shame as it looked great.

Lovely hard wearing neutral rugAnonymous reviewerVery happy with this jute rug, it’s tightly woven with lovely natural colours. Works well when you don’t want a solid block of colour in a room. It’s tightly woven unlike the cheaper versions ikea have for sale. It’s quite textured and bobbly but is comfortable when under bare feet. It also hides any dirt and stains well!5
