The simple design of shaker style kitchens, make it a timeless classic. Shaker doors traditionally have a wide square frame with a flat recessed centre panel. Depending on the door finish and hardware used, it can work in either a traditional or contemporary home. 

Door fronts painted in shades of white and grey remain the most popular colours for shaker kitchens. However, blue and green shaker kitchens are gaining in popularity. The addition of cup door pulls in either brass or black, really finish off the kitchen with a cosy country vibe.
